Plates have never been mounted! They have super shine and color. Plates do not lay flat. Minor surface rust on some of the edges and scuffs. They would make great plates for your collection. Check the photos, they are part of the description. The plates that are pictured are the ones you will receive. Plates are at least 3 years old and sold for collecting purposes only.
