I have an authentic signed Vintage 1993 Pete Fountain Official Commemorative Cachet New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, Signed w/JSA. Comes with JSA card and numbered hologram on back as shown in last picture. These Commemorative Cachets were very popular in the 1990's. They usually were made for a special type of commemorating event and were given out to high ranking officials attending the ceremonies of the commencement of the stamps on the cachets. I think this particular one came from someone who was traveling with the Post Master General at the the time. At least that is the story. These are very rare. This particular cachet is one of 2500 made. The fact that it's signed with authenticity makes it more rare. Pete Fountain passed away in Aug of 2016 at the age of 86. RIP!
