As you can see, personalized with the name MARJORIE on top. But saved from being scrapped for the time being, we are hoping someone will want to add this piece by Charles Thomae who was one of the silversmiths for Tiffany & Co. In fact, a quick google search shows these same postage stamp holders with and without Tiffany & Co marks. Unfortunately, this one does not have such marks but very clearly has the Thomae Co hallmark. Weighs 1.2 Oz Troy is 2 inches across and just under 1 inch tall.
