Plates listed without date stickers or other indication of date are at least three years old, satisfying eBay requirements, and any such plates are at least December 2016 or earlier.
This plate was issued from 2000 to 2006 to honor the 100
th
anniversary of the Rotary Club.
The issue was discontinued, and apparently the plates were called in.
Unlike other discontinued issues, they were not renewed for additional use.
Consequently, this has become a difficult item to obtain.
The plate is in excellent condition.
This plate would be a good addition to your collection of specialty plates.
