is this Honeywell LASEREF SM INERTIAL REFERENCE UNIT, a Ring Laser Gyro (RLG) based Inertial Reference System.
I believe it was flown on either a King Air or Citation Aircraft used at NCAR Boulder for atmospheric research in the 1990's
It is in functioning condition.
