This is a Megger DLRO10X Digital Low Resistance Meter.  When powered up, the display comes up, and immediately goes dark.  The battery seems to hold a charge, but I do not have the power supply.  All other accessories shown are included.  This unit is being in sold in UNTESTED and AS IS condition.
