Michigan State Police Patch Milan Police, Vintage?

Description

Several years ago, we purchased a collection of Police patches for our antique center.  We only purchased Michigan ones because they were very popular.  When the antique center closed, we just packed them away until now.  I feel that they are all real but are only to be used as a collectible item.

Looks to have never been used but it does look vintage and like it has age.  It's softer than most of the others.
