    This is a Vintage Colorado
    Dealer
    License plate,
    PH-1165
    but in good condition.  Plate was never issued,
    ARAPAHOE County.
    Prison Made in
    Cañon City
    Colorado & will have imperfections.
    Plate comes with the County Clerk brown
    envelope, which is tattered & torn.

    Bow to plate, lite paint missing, factory overspray, slight discoloration.
    The tag measures 12" x 6" overall. It has a
    1963
    date and there are no stickers on the plate, Sheet Metal Plate &
