    but in good + condition.  Plate was never issued,
    ARAPAHOE County. Passenger Car.
    Prison Made in
    Cañon City
    Colorado & will have imperfections.

    Bow to plate, lite paint missing, lite
    scratches
    on back, plate does not lay flat.
