Condition: For the dumb ones at ebay its over 3 years old. Pair of plates are unused in the original envelope. These are new old stock. Some factory paint flaws and a couple of spots of paint missing on the outside border (Not Much) as seen in the picture. Some very light outer edge rust also shown in the pictures. A very nice set of plates. Envelope is a little ratty, dirty, torn and showing some water damage. They don't lay flat but that's the way they were made or it might be from storage.
